Finnish National Sprint Team training camp on lake Bled

The Finland national sprint team arrived to lake Bled for a 2 week training camp with 15 members. They arrived to TP straight from a very long camp in Seville and en route to the first World Cup event of 2013 in Szeged.

From their feedback we believe they were more than satisfied with what we could offer them. They were blessed with a perfect weather and the season that followed was good for the team, culminating with a bronze medal by Anne Rikala in the  Duisburg World Championships!

This is what they had to say:

Petteri Pitkänen, Finland flat water national team head coach: “We are happy to be training in Slovenia and the surroundings at lake Bled, nice atmosphere, good training conditions with calm water, and a landscape that is just astonishing!”

Miika Dietrich, Finnish national champion: ”Training in Slovenia was the greatest experience of my life! The views are spectacular and the training venues are great!”
