Experience next level paddling

TiP Paddling Clinics combine our Expert Coaching, Technique Analysis and Training Camps into an unforgettable paddling experience in Slovenia.

Our paddling clinics are fully tailored to a range of individuals and small groups or teams of up to 6 athletes. Clinics can last anywhere from one day up to a week depending on your time and goals. At TiP we specialize in sprint kayaking but through our partners, we also provide rowing coaching.

Where is Paradise?

You can choose to have your paddling clinic at any of  TiP’s 3 training locations in Slovenia. A triangle of three magical lakes in a hidden corner of the Alps. A natural paradise with crystal clear water, clean air, pristine nature, and mountains surrounding the lakes.

TIP Locations

To help you choose between Lakes Bohinj, Bled, or Most na Soči as the perfect location for your clinic, you’ll find detailed information on the Our Locations page.

Dejan Fabcic
Dejan Fabčič
Rio Paralympian, Bronze medalist European Paracanoe Championships - Slovenia

“TiP coaches have helped me since the beginning of the Rio Paralympics project. Their knowledge and experience were evident from the start. But only when we had to start adapting the equipment, the training program and the goals to my specific needs of a parakayaker it became obvious how good they were. Having such a strong team of experts behind me helped me shape myself from an Olympic swimmer into an Olympic kayaker and built my confidence too. I believe it is because of them I was optimally ready for the Rio Olympics!”

Joseph-Rosenfeld
Joseph Rosenfeld
High School Student - England

“The place is incredible! It’s so beautiful and the water is so clear… It’s amazing to be able to drink from the lake whilst you are training! The coaching is intense but extremely helpful. I learned so much and I can’t wait to go back again soon!”

Joel-Tan
Joel Tan
Mechanical Engineer - Singapore

“Most na Soči is a lovely small village right next to the water. The perfect balance of training and some country peace and quiet. It seems paddling is an international language. The coaching was easy to understand and relate to. Excellent advice for both technique and development.”

Sam Butcher
Sam Butcher

“It’s unbelievable! The best quality of coaching and the mind-blowing lake. It equals the best training ever!”

Antun Novaković
Antun Novaković
Junior World Championship medalist, Senior World championship finalist - Croatia

“Visiting TiP for a paddling clinic and stroke analytics made me understand a lot about what were my weak areas in performance and on what I should build my improvement on for next season. I liked very much the way we have worked during these days and I hope next time we can come for a whole week as this time it was all too short and so full of new information. I have decided I will include all the new info and the drills the guys at TiP suggested into my daily routine and devote a lot of time to it. So I hope next time we do the stroke analytics, my numbers turn out better! ”

LIZZY CONRADIE Junior National Sprint Team - South Africa “The beautiful mountains as a backdrop and the still, clear waters of Lake Bled, make it the ideal training spot. Training in this paradise is an unforgettable experience. The quality of TiP’s coaching is impeccable. Each athlete was treated with professionalism as well as kindness. This balance makes them one of the best coaches to train with. Their approachability allows athletes to feel comfortable and this open relationship boosts performance and well-being. It is truly inspiring.”

CLINIC STRUCTURE

Whether you want to push your body to the max the whole day, or visit Slovenia for a paddling vacation, you’ll build the perfect work schedule for your days in Paradise together with your TiP coach.

Most often people opt for a big work block in the morning and keep the afternoons free for sightseeing. Others opt for sessions with our expert team twice a day. Sometimes we work one-on-one in the morning and help our athletes join local training groups or clubs in the afternoon.
