Junior World Champion Zsóka Csikós training on lake Bled
Zsóka Csikós was training with us on Lake Bled for the first week of June before Hungarian selections for the European Youth Olympic Festival along with her coach Vitaliy Pjatscuk, Szonja Pjatscuk and Hungarian Canoe Federation sports director and 3 time Olympic champion Storcz Botond.

Update from 29.7.2017:
After her visit to lake Bled before the hungarian selection race, Zsoka ironically didn’t get selected for the European Youth Olympic Festival in the U16 category but qualified for the World champs Junior woman K4 Hungarian team.
Today she has won the K4 Junior woman World Champion title in Pitesti, Romania. An amazingly hard and smart race into a gusting strong wind where Zsoka and her team narrowly bet the Spanish and Belorussian teams due to great timing in the last meters of the race! Future seems bright for this young lady!
