On the virtue of hard work

Winter is the time of the year when all paddlesports athletes put in the big hours. Adam Van Koeverden knows about hard work. In the sprint paddling community he is a symbol of hard, intense, focused work.

This is his talk at TEDxAlgonquinPark. It starts with a contribution from Randy Starkman about Adam’s cabin in Algonquin Park and it continues with Adam’s own thoughts about the meaning and value of hard work. Training in Paradise area is sure different from Algonquin park, but same time there is so many similarities one can draw between the two places. And hard training seems to be a virtue and a pleasure in both of them…
