Former marathon world champ Ben Brown starts with ”I want to change canoeing. I want to make it cool.” A great intention and a well written text. The challenge he is throwing at himself and everybody else is huge but realistic!

Training in Paradise definitely wants to follow the great example set by Ben Brown. Here is what we do to change canoeing through helping the paddlers to train better:

• offering an inspiring training environment of unspoiled majestic nature
• developing new and modern approaches to paddling training
• refusing to cooperate with paddlers who don’t respect fair-play or the doping regulations
• building and supporting connections in the paddling community
• supporting the local young paddlers in their paddling goals
